Rejoice! (Week 2 of 8)

Scripture: Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

Last week we focused on repentance. As we have put our flesh to death, and Jesus pronounces freedom from bondage and forgiveness of sin, it’s time to get out of the cemetery!

God made a way back into His presence with His own blood. We can only respond with with gratitude for His mercy and freedom.

Psalm 100:4 Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.

Prayer: Jesus, we love You. Thank You for all that You have done, are doing, and will do for me. I deserve death and hell, but You saved my soul and forgive my sin. Thank You for Your Spirit that empowers me to live a life that is pleasing to You. You are great and Your name is above all others. Even in my trials, I will rejoice that You are my salvation. You are good all the time. I rejoice in You, again I say, I  rejoice!
